Thomas Banis is the founder and principal of Banis Restaurant Design, Inc. As Director of Design, he has shaped restaurants, golf clubhouses, schools, and community kitchens with a focus on functionality and flow.
Bringing more than 45 years of experience in commercial kitchen and restaurant design, Thomas and his wife, Marie Banis, also operate Certified Kitchens, a premier commercial kitchen rental facility located at 2428 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley, CA.
